MISSIONS
Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.
Matthew 28:19

ON MISSION
Every believer has the responsibility and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit to be a witness for Christ in word and deed. Regardless of age, every Christian has a role to play in local, national, and international missions and outreach.
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come on you, and you will be My witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. Acts 1:8
At Cornerstone, we are very intentional about fulfilling the Great Commission by making disciples from our neighborhoods to the nations. Cleveland, NC is our Jerusalem and it is the mission field in which we work and serve in every single day.
Whether it is our daily interactions at Common Ground Coffee and Ice Cream, handing out food from our food pantry, or our many community-wide outreach events, our goal is to love and lead everyone we meet to a personal relationship with Jesus.
We understand that the fulfilling the Great Commission takes us far beyond the reach of our community. For us to reach more people with the Gospel and to reach the ends of the earth, we are proud to partner with other missions that share our vision of making disciples.
Ministries we support and partner with:

Will you join us on our mission to be the church to the community?
We are On Mission here at Cornerstone through:
- Common Ground: Our goal is to provide a meeting space for groups to collaborate together, a food pantry to serve the physical needs of those around us, and a counseling center to help strengthen individuals and families.
- Giving Manger Ministry: In partnership with other local churches, we help families within the community who need assistance with providing toys for their children during the Christmas season.
- Various Outreach Events hosted by our Bridge Outreach Team such as the Annual Back-to School Bash (Backpack & School Supply Giveaway), Community Cook-outs & Movie Nights, and Trunk or Treat.
- Disaster Relief: When disasters strike, we have a team that is ready to be the hands and feet of Jesus. Whether it is cutting trees, collecting and delivering food, or helping to rebuild homes we want to be there to minister to people when they are hurting.
