Interested in reserving Cornerstone's facilities for an event?
Please download and review our Facility Usage Policy and complete the Facilities Usage Request Form.
Your completed form may be mailed to Cornerstone or email your scanned completed form to office@cornerstonenc.org.
It will then be submitted to our Church Council for approval.
