 Becoming a part of what the Lord is doing here at Cornerstone is exciting! Stepping stones is the children's ministry at Cornerstone. There are many exciting programs, fun activities, Bible based classes, and care-giving opportunities offered to children and their families here at Cornerstone! We welcome you to join us as we grow and learn and serve the Lord the way only children can!
How Can I Get My Child Involved?
Below you will find listed all of the regular activities offered through
Stepping Stones here at Cornerstone. Just choose the activities your
family wants to participate in and come join the fun! If you are new to
our church you might want to arrive a few minutes early to meet your
child’s teacher. If you are visiting our nursery you will have a few
things to label and fill out, so arriving a few minutes early will help! Safety Our children’s ministry has a “Reduce the Risk”
policy which started in Sept. 2006. Children’s caregivers, teachers, and
volunteers (who are new to the ministry) are required to have an
application and background check on file. Our AWANA team wears specific
safety ID tags. Other procedures and safety measures are in the works.
Please rest assured we want to keep your child as safe as possible while
they are under our care! Nursery for babies and toddlers * Wednesday nights 6:30 - 8:00pm * Sunday nights 5:30 - 7:30 * Sunday School 9:30 - 10:30 * Worship Services at 8:30 and 10:30 * Events and meetings Wednesday Nights Mission Classes 7 - 8pm Mission Friends ages 3years - kindergarten Younger GAs- girls 1st - 3rd grades Older GAs- girls 4th-6th grades Boys- Mission Adventures 1st - 6th grades *Children’s Music Practice 6:30 - 7pm Sundays * Sunday School for all ages beginning at 2 years old
through 6th grades * Children’s Church children ages 3years - 2nd grade
(2 classes) * AWANA Clubs from September - May 5:30 - 7:30 pm 3 year olds - 6th grades * Summer Sunday Nights May - August
