If it's been a long time
since you've been to church, or maybe church is completely new to
you, Cornerstone has you in mind. There's already enough for you to
think about when visiting for the first time. We hope that answering
some of these questions will encourage you to join us this Sunday
and discover what God has in store for you!

What
Should I Expect When I Visit?
At Cornerstone, we want you to make your first visit to our church the
best that it can be. We want you to be able to experience the friendly
people, enjoyable atmosphere and meaningful worship that we experience
every Sunday. You probably have some questions, so we've tried to answer
some of them.
What should I wear?
We're more concerned with meeting your real life needs than about what
you wear. We hope you'll dress casually and comfortably and you'll fit
right in.
Will I be "singled out" since I'm visiting?
No Way. You're sure to be greeted and welcomed by lots of people
because they will be glad you've come, but we don't single out visitors.
We know what it's like to go to a new place, especially one like
Cornerstone where there's lots of people.
What's the music like?
We believe that praise and worship has the power to speak to the heart
and that God is worthy of our worship, so our music is energizing and
encouraging. We want you to get a lift and not a letdown while you're
here. The words to the songs are projected onto a large screen and a
live band provides the music.
What about the message?
We believe that the Bible really is God's true and inspired Word and
contains His answers to our questions. Our messages focus on real life
issues so that you can get something on Sunday that will help you on
Monday: in your family, your work, your friendship, and your struggles.
Will I be asked to give money?
Absolutely Not! As our guest, we don't want you to give your money. In
fact, we have a free gift to you available at the 411 Info Center. The
offering is for those who are a part of the Cornerstone family and
believe in our mission and causes.
What about my kids?
We provide nursery and child care during all of our services. For
children between the ages of 3 years old and 2nd grade, during the
10:30 worship service, they're dismissed about 30 minutes into the
service for "Children's Church", staffed by our Children's Ministries
staff and volunteers.
